Have you ever wondered why you have to go all the way to the back of the grocery store to find the milk (and the cheese and the eggs)?
It’s because the store is designed that way.
Grocery chains spend a TON of money researching how to get you to spend money in their stores. In fact, you’re being manipulated as soon as you set foot in the door.
They place items you need at the far end of the store, so you’ll have to walk through (and be tempted by) items you don’t need.
They place more expensive items at eye level so you’re more likely to buy them.
They make oversized carts because they know you’ll be more likely to fill them up.
Groceries do this because their marketing research tells them that these tactics WORK. (How often do you grab something you don’t need off one of those end-of-aisle displays?)
Groceries deliberately organize their environments to push you to make choices that benefit them. And you can use the same strategies in your own kitchen.
You can actually set your kitchen up to help you make the right health choices – without using one shred of willpower.
In this week’s video, I’m going to tell you how your environment affects your decision-making.
And it’s critical that you understand how it works. Because if you don’t actively take charge of your environment, it will passively sabotage you.
Watch the video so you can learn how to use the “barrier” system to make your kitchen your secret weight loss weapon!
