I’m a Dietitian Who Won’t Tell You What to Eat — Here’s Why

Since I’m a dietitian, people constantly ask me, “What should I eat?”

My answer isn’t about carbs, or fat, or macros — in fact, I don’t even really answer the question.

What I always say is this: You already know what to eat.

And it’s true.

It’s mind boggling, the amount of nutrition information that’s out there. Just one Google search away.

I’m not trying to be rude and say, “Go find it yourself.” (Actually, that is what I’m saying, just not rudely!)

And there’s an important reason why.

Because you have to take charge of your health if you want anything to change.

Leaving the decision-making up to anyone else — whether it be a dietitian or a doctor or a diet — takes away the very thing that you need to make changes in your life: power.

And if you’ve spent most of your life searching for the next miracle diet, you’ve been giving your power away.

In this week’s video I’m going to tell you why it’s essential that you switch from a powerless mindset to a take-charge mindset.

And I’m going to give you practical steps (4 of them) to help you blow that diet mentality out of the water and out of your life!

If you wake up every morning feeling desperate that things will never change, make sure to watch.

Because things can change — and they will if you’re the one in charge!
