5 Tips to Do Spring Break in Moderation

As you’re reading this, I am on day one of a fabulous trip to Paris with my teenaged daughters – neither of whom was a teenager when the trip was planned. (Thanks, Covid.)

You may be planning your own spring break trip, so this week I’m giving you some advice on how not to let it turn into one big blowout.

Traveling brings out two vastly different mindsets: excitement – and fear. The excitement of being able to “let loose” . . . and the fear that if you do, you’ll have to start all over again.

I want this year to be the year that you look forward to your vacation without dreading the aftermath of it. All it takes is a little planning – and a mindset shift (always the most important thing).

In this video I’m giving you 5 tips to enjoy the vacation AND still be on track when it’s over.

After all, you can enjoy yourself without blowing it out. And who ever said moderation can’t be fun?

Here’s to happy (and healthy) travels!

I thoroughly enjoy growing Love To Lose, so I can teach you all I've learned along the way. I'm beyond excited to help you start your own journey, and I can't wait to meet you one day!
