Stop Looking for the Perfect Menu — Do This Instead

My girls hate math.

And since I was an English major, I’m pretty useless when it’s time for homework.

So to help them, I ask questions designed to help them figure out the answers on their own. But invariably when I leave the room, I hear them say, “Alexa . . .”

They don’t want to sit there all night, learning how to do math. They want someone (Alexa) to do it for them.

They just want someone to tell them what to do.

Does this sound familiar? It should because it’s Dieting 101.

And I majored in it (along with English) for a very long time.

The problem is that permanent changes result from a process of trial and error. A process where you take charge and figure it out on your own.

You will never get this by following a set of instructions. And as long as you keep searching for perfect diet, you will continue to stay stuck.

In this week’s video, I’ll show you exactly how to let go of the Magic Menu mindset and start getting real results. You’ll get 3 actionable strategies that you can start using today.

What you need is to take charge instead of desperately searching for the perfect menu (which doesn’t even exist).

Decide that you will quit dieting and take charge of your own health. I promise, it’s not as hard as we make it!
